Pinot noir
Pinot noir is an important red grape in Bourgogne and Champagne, whose reputation is more to do! Great wines such as the field of Romanée Conti develop their wines from this famous grape, and make it a great variety. Well made, Pinot noit produces red wines of great finesse, with extensive aromatic palette by its Advanced (fruits, undergrowth, leather). It is also the only red grape variety authorized in Alsace. Pinot Noir is difficult to grow beyond our borders even if he knows some success in Oregon in the United States or Australia and New Zealand.
