Pinot Meunier is a red grape in late bud resistant to winter conditions including the champagne.

Pinot Meunier is very present in the vineyards of Champagne and it is one third of the blend. Rarely used alone, Pinot Meunier is a wine assembled with other grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pinot Meunier is also used in Lorraine, in Touraine and in the Orleans area.
